The comeback

Its true, we have been rather quiet of late. And we know you have missed us. The couple or so hits we get daily is a testament to this.

We are moved to use that ageless line ‘life has fucked me over’. The use of the past tense might indicate that the said fucking is over, unfortunately this is not the case. However, we have discovered that the call of the blog is too much for us to simply turn a blind eye to.

It is like the cahootes of a well endowed woman you pass on the street. You simply cannot ignore them. No matter how hard you try.

Actually we did rather get tired of writing about the IPL over and over again. But Kudos to Gilly and his boys for pulling of an amazing win.

With more 2020 cricket looming and the prospect of a ‘hughes’ Ashes in the horizon, this is as good a time to get back into it as any.

So we will try to get this blog back on track. Possibly entertain but mostly bore and take the piss.
